CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy The Spa Unicorn Your appointment is a special time reserved exclusively for you. As a courtesy to both your practitioner and other guests awaiting treatment, we kindly require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled service. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file. We thank you for honoring this policy and allowing us to provide each guest with the care, presence, and preparation they deserve.
